It went really well (after they figured out what they were doing!!) and they look great. Everyone driving by (while they were hard at work!) stopped and commented about how good they looked. Mr.Johnston; I received the key blanks,I can never thank you enough for your assistance, however you failed to give me a statement letting me know what I owe you,I believe you said the blanks were $1.00 a piece but am not sure what the shipping and handling would be, if you will let me have an address I will send you a check for $15.00 will this cover the cost? Just a note to let you know we got the mailbox up and it looks great our postal carrier is so please with the box it is so nice of course we don't have the three locks in yet the post office maintenance can't get out until wed. but it's still great.
Thanks again for all you have done for us and most of all being so kind and so great to do business with will e-mail picture later so you can see we put it in the woods. Thanks from all the folk on Bear Trail.

A Message From The President:
Regarding a recent customer and their project for the installation of 16 CBU's for a Home Owners Association:
US Mailboxes sold the mailboxes, but we lost the bid on the installation of the concrete pad etc. to a hungry Excavation Contractor. Within days I received 3 calls from the HOA board members sorry that they didn't have us install the boxes and worried that the boxes would not be properly installed and hold up over time. I assured them that if they had any problems we would be able to fix it. One of the problems was that the concrete had hardened faster than the contractor expected and he wasn't able to install the L-Bolts, so he didn't at that time. Later he cut off the L portion of the bolts and used epoxy to set them in the concrete pad... The boxes didn't line up perfectly.
